  Russ Is  an extremely knowledgeable and hands on professional and these qualities get passed on to the client as an added benefit.  In my situation, Russ made  transitioning to the agency easy. He handled all the details involved in changing my home owners insurance. When we added a teen to our auto policy, Russ explained how we could get the initial best rate. Our family needs changed over the years and I always made Russ aware. In response, he went the extra mile of proactively reviewing our services by inspecting the policies with my family situation in mind. Through the years of 2012 to 2017, his thoroughness has prevented our family from making a few costly mistakes. I have been with a few great, well-known, reputable insurance companies, spanning over a decade (from 1996 to 2011); none have given such efficient effortless service as Russ Denstorff .
